Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting products, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining high levels of accuracy throughout the production and warehouse process.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of quality control or warehouse experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to use basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Inspect incoming materials and finished products for defects or damage
Perform visual and dimensional quality checks
Ensure products meet company and customer specifications
Document inspection results and report any issues to supervisors
Identify and isolate non-conforming products
Work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
