We're Hiring Fiber Optic Small Assemblers:
- Assemble very small, precision fiber-optic components
- Work with pre-molded components and precision ferrules
- Use hand tools, adhesives, microscopes, digital gauges, and specialized equipment
- Inspect components and identify quality concerns
- Operate automated cleaning, polishing, and production equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- No Fiber Optic Experience? No Problem! Experience in detail-oriented work such as jewelry making, sewing, electronics repair, laboratory work, pharmacy, high-end food preparation, building PCs, or other precision-focused hands-on work may translate well to this opportunity.

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination
- Dependable and quality-minded
- Comfortable performing precise, repetitive tasks
- Ability to read and understand English
- Comfortable with basic math and measurements
- Willing to learn and follow detailed work instructions
- Ability to sit or stand throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
