Job Duties:
✔️ Load and unload molds
✔️ Trim and inspect foam parts
✔️ Follow safety and quality standards
✔️ Maintain a clean work area
✔️ Meet daily production goals
Requirements:
✅ Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
✅ Ability to stand for extended periods
✅ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Reliable attendance and teamwork
Skills and Experience
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or production experience (6 months to 3 years is a plus)
- Automotive manufacturing
- Assembly line work
- Machine operator experience
- Injection molding or plastics
- Warehouse or industrial production
- Quality inspection
- Packaging and labeling
