Job Summary
We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Richmond, VA. This position is ideal for an experienced machine operator who is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring machines are running efficiently, maintaining product quality, and following established safety and production procedures.
Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to production requirements
- Monitor equipment during production and identify potential issues
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Skills and Experience

- Minimum 1 year of previous machine operator experience required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
