Job Summary
We are currently hiring Material Handlers for a Temp-to-Perm opportunity in Chesapeake, VA. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hardworking individual looking to build their skills, grow with a company, and potentially advance into a driving position after being hired permanently.
The warehouse is not climate controlled, so candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and outdoor elements as part of the job. Material Handlers will assist with moving, staging, loading, and organizing materials while supporting overall warehouse operations.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Safely move and handle materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Work safely in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Assist with various warehouse duties as assigned.
- Be willing to cross-train and assist in other areas of the operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors.

- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
