Overview
We are currently hiring Material Handlers (Pickers & Packers) for warehouse opportunities in Lebanon, TN! In this position, you will help keep warehouse operations moving efficiently by picking, packing, scanning, labeling, sorting, and preparing products for shipment. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are important.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Receive, store, move, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse
- Use an RF scanner to scan and track products
- Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping information to determine products needed
- Pull products from designated warehouse locations
- Sort and place products on racks, shelves, pallets, or in designated storage areas
- Assemble customer orders and prepare products for packing or shipment
- Label products and materials with identifying information
- Count products to ensure order accuracy
- Move materials between receiving, storage, packing, and shipping areas
- Assist with loading and unloading products as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
