We’re hiring a Miller Trainee for a hands-on opportunity with a growing production team. If you have a solid background in manufacturing or production and are ready to learn, grow, and build specialized skills, this could be the opportunity for you!
Pay: $19–$22/hr, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Train to operate and monitor milling equipment and production machinery
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and daily operations
- Monitor production to help maintain quality and efficiency
- Follow safety procedures and production standards
- Perform basic equipment checks and identify potential issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with experienced team members while developing your skills
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable with a solid work history
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
