What You’ll Do as an Electrical Panel Builder:
  • You'll assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.
  • Build and wire electrical control panels and assemblies using schematics and engineering specifications
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
  • Install and connect components such as PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, breakers, and power supplies
  • Route, label, terminate, and organize wiring for quality and serviceability
  • Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, and troubleshoot wiring issues
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow safety and quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement and production needs as required

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • High school diploma or GED required; electrical or technical training preferred
  • 2+ years of electrical panel wiring, industrial wiring, or electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Knowledge of electrical components, wiring techniques, and industry standards
  • Experience using wiring tools, meters, and testing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
