What You’ll Do as an Electrical Panel Builder:
- You'll assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.
- Build and wire electrical control panels and assemblies using schematics and engineering specifications
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
- Install and connect components such as PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, breakers, and power supplies
- Route, label, terminate, and organize wiring for quality and serviceability
- Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, and troubleshoot wiring issues
- Maintain accurate production records and follow safety and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement and production needs as required
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED required; electrical or technical training preferred
- 2+ years of electrical panel wiring, industrial wiring, or electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical components, wiring techniques, and industry standards
- Experience using wiring tools, meters, and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
