What You’ll Do as a Electrician:
  • Electrical troubleshooting of equipment and facility systems throughout the plant to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient production operations. 
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
  • Using PLC systems to diagnose and correct electrical issues 
  • Working with industrial controls on production equipment
  • Installing and repairing electrical conduit and systems throughout the facility
  • Installing new electrical equipment and components 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving plant-wide electrical issues 
  • Supporting Engineering and Maintenance on new system implementations 
  • Assisting with special projects as needed 
  • Maintaining safe, reliable electrical operations across the facility

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 3–5 years in an electrical field 
  • 5–7 years in a maintenance environment 
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • PLC training or hands-on PLC experience 
  • Strong wiring and electrical mechanics background 
  • Ability to read and use electrical testing instruments
  • Skilled with hand and power tools 
  • Basic math and mechanical aptitude 
  • Basic carpentry understanding 
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance
