Skills and Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate a clamp truck safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using a clamp truck.
• Transport inventory to designated storage locations and production areas.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Accurately scan, track, and document inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
• Previous clamp truck operating experience required.
• Valid forklift/clamp truck certification preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic computer and scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
