We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipments while ensuring accurate inventory control throughout the plant.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Technician will support inventory operations, order pulling, packaging, and shipping activities. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure production and customer order needs are met.

Essential Job Functions
Manage inventory levels in coordination with the Purchasing Manager
Receive, review, and fulfill customer pick lists
Collaborate with Purchasing and Sales teams to ensure inventory availability
Deliver finished goods to appropriate departments as needed
Store inventory in designated locations according to inventory management systems
Maintain accurate documentation, stock counts, shipment records, and inventory system accuracy
Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Forklift experience preferred


This position operates primarily in a warehouse and lab setting, with occasional outdoor work. Duties include standing, walking, packaging, loading, and unloading materials in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
Ability to operate hand tools and warehouse equipment
Strong visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on production demands.
