Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in the Delaware, Ohio area! If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working hands-on, and keeping production running smoothly, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Repair motors, conveyors, production machinery, and pneumatic tools
- Diagnose equipment issues using testing and measuring tools
- Replace defective parts and complete equipment repairs
- Assist with reducing machine downtime and improving efficiency
- Read and follow maintenance schedules, manuals, and schematics
- Maintain parts inventory and document repairs completed
- Support a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Basic multi-meter experience required
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- MIG/TIG welding or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to wire a 480V motor is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
