Skills and Experience
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair on equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Install, maintain, and inspect machines and facility systems
- Collaborate with other departments and communicate equipment needs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with training new employees and documenting procedures
- Participate in safety and environmental compliance activities
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Welding/fabrication and PLC knowledge a plus
