What You’ll Do as a Facility Maintenance Technician:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine performance
- Support production by responding quickly to maintenance needs and equipment failures
- Analyze downtime issues and help improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades with outside contractors when needed
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience working with PLC systems (Allen Bradley experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and manufacturing operations
- Electrical certification or industrial electronics training preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience with TPM systems, honing, or machining is helpful
