Full Job Description
Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring for immediate seasonal warehouse openings with our partner in Goodyear and Phoenix, AZ. These are fast-paced, hands-on positions in a distribution warehouse environment focused on picking, packing, counting inventory, and preparing products for shipment.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and gaining warehouse experience with the potential for longer-term opportunities.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack products accurately for shipment
- Count and verify inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and hard-working individuals with strong attendance
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
