This is an amazing opportunity for Shipping Leads to work 2nd Shift, lead a warehouse team, and ensure accurate, timely shipping operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- $19.50 hourly
- 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Monday – Friday (Saturdays are mandatory)
- Overtime Required

What you’ll do as a Shipping Lead:
- Oversee daily shipping operations including picking, staging, and shipping orders
- Lead and support the shipping team to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Coordinate workflow and assign tasks as needed
- Verify shipping documentation and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the shift
- Communicate with supervisors regarding daily operations and priorities
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Prior leadership experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
- Experience with warehouse operations such as picking, packing, and staging
- Stand-up reach forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Ability to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays
