What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor:
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Supervise warehouse teammates and assist with scheduling and workflow coordination
- Monitor inventory movement, material handling, and shipping activities
- Promote and maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Train and coach teammates on warehouse procedures and safety expectations
- Communicate with leadership regarding production goals, staffing needs, and operational updates
- Assist with resolving workflow issues and maintaining production timelines
- Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the warehouse operation
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with inventory control, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Dependable attendance and a positive leadership attitude
