Overview
Onin Staffing is seeking a dependable, safety‑driven Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations. This role is essential to keeping materials moving efficiently throughout the facility.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sit‑down and/or stand‑up forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials
- Move raw materials and finished goods to designated areas
- Support production lines with timely material delivery
- Perform daily equipment inspections and follow OSHA safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- 2+ years of forklift experience (sit‑down or stand‑up)
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
