Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Production Lead for a client in Albuquerque, NM.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour
Position: Production Lead
Reports To: Operations Manager
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on leader with manufacturing experience who can help keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the production team to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and enforced
- Train and coach new hires on production processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and help resolve problems quickly
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Record and report daily production metrics
Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Previous supervisory or lead experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification
- Experience troubleshooting or repairing mechanical equipment
