Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position supports daily production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Assist with assembly and production tasks as needed
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (if certified)
- Read and accurately use a tape measure for cutting, assembly, and inspection tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support team members with various warehouse and production needs
Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to be certified)
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or industrial labor experience
- Basic mechanical or hand tool knowledge
