Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This is a temporary position with the potential to become temp-to-hire for the right candidate.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Handle billing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) using internal systems
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general office organization
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour (based on experience)
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) required
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate multiple programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with an upbeat, positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
