What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Mechanic:
- Dismantle, clean, and reassemble machinery to ensure maximum uptime
- Maintain and clean production equipment within your assigned area
- Work on key machinery components to ensure optimal production
- Clean and maintain sealing and other production machines
- Follow blueprints, lubrication charts, and engineering specifications
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety standards, company policies, and OSHA requirements
- Use hand and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks
- Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment efficiency
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- At least 1 year of maintenance or mechanical experience
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with OSHA and safety compliance standards
