What you'll do as: Maintenance Technician/Driver
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Drive company vehicle for parts/materials
- Troubleshoot equipment problems
- Perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Provide excellent customer service
-Maintain and repair building fixtures such as lighting, doors, windows, Etc.
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Has:
- 1-3 yrs maintenance experience
- Equipment troubleshooting skills
- Carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repair experience
- Electrical systems (120V, 240V, and 480V 3-phase)
- Plumbing systems, including PVC and piping
