What You’ll Do as a Senior Maintenance Mechanic:
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime
  • Install, debug, and upgrade new and existing machinery
  • Maintain facility systems including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing
  • Utilize PLC software and ladder logic for troubleshooting control systems
  • Work with hand and power tools, electrical meters, and welding/cutting equipment
  • Respond to emergency repairs and support production needs as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support parts requisition as needed
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Overtime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays based on business needs

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • 10+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams
  • Experience working with voltage up to 480V required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment and breakdowns
  • Experience with PLC systems, CMMS systems, and basic computer programs
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
