We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility operations. What You’ll Do as a Senior Maintenance Mechanic:
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime
- Install, debug, and upgrade new and existing machinery
- Maintain facility systems including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing
- Utilize PLC software and ladder logic for troubleshooting control systems
- Work with hand and power tools, electrical meters, and welding/cutting equipment
- Respond to emergency repairs and support production needs as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and support parts requisition as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Overtime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays based on business needs
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 10+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams
- Experience working with voltage up to 480V required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment and breakdowns
- Experience with PLC systems, CMMS systems, and basic computer programs
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
