Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cold Storage Warehouse Associates. Candidates will be responsible for handling, organizing, and preparing products for shipment in a refrigerated or freezer warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Organize inventory and maintain proper product storage.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and cold storage guidelines.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezing temperatures for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to wear required cold-weather protective gear and PPE.
