Responsibilities (We have 3 different openings)
Assembly Line: Assemble parts and components, inspect finished products, and ensure quality standards are met.
Foam Carousel: Assist with foam production, handle materials, and monitor products for quality.
Material Handling: Move, organize, and supply materials to keep production running smoothly.
- Follow written and visual work instructions.
- Operate or assist with production equipment as required for the assigned position.
- Report production issues, material shortages, or quality concerns.
Skills and Experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience with assembly lines, machine operation, injection molding, plastics, packaging, quality inspection, or warehouse work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.
- Dependable attendance and commitment to quality.
- Ability to complete production paperwork accurately.
