Detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector needed for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Denver, NC. This role focuses on inspecting materials and finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting production through accurate documentation and process monitoring. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, basic inspection experience, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.

What You’ll Do as a Quality Control Inspector:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for defects and compliance
- Measure dimensions and tolerances using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and work instructions
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation
- Identify quality issues and collaborate with production and QA teams on corrective actions
- Assist in maintaining inspection equipment and ensuring proper calibration
- Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in audits
- Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Familiarity with quality systems (ISO, GMP) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical documents and follow SOPs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift moderate weight as needed
