- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and measurements
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Quality control and product inspection experience
- Ability to identify defects and quality issues
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or gauges
- Ability to document inspection results
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required
