Overview
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position reports to the Operations Manager and leads a team of 50+ production employees, coordinating daily workflow, supporting employee development, and identifying ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
Schedule
- 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Monday–Sunday availability required
- Must be flexible with the schedule, including weekends and changing business needs.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Associate’s degree in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience supervising or leading a team of 50+ employees preferred.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and employee training skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate production records.
