Ōnin Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a poultry production facility in Rogers. Whether you have food-processing experience or are ready to learn something new, we have several opportunities available!
Available Positions
- Production and Packout: Package chicken products while keeping up with production needs.
- Hand Deboning: Use cutting tools to remove bones from chicken products. This is a skilled position.
- Skinning: Handle chicken products and help maintain a steady production flow.
- Poultry Graders: Perform the final quality check to ensure skin and bones have been properly removed from the chicken products.
- Hanging: Work in a fast-paced position requiring standing, bending, and repetitive movement.
- Tender Cutters: Use knives to trim and shape chicken products. This is a skilled position.
- Marinators: Prepare chicken products for marination and assist with operating and maintaining the marinating process.
- General Production: Assist with cleanup, shoveling, and other production duties as needed.
- Shipping: Load and unload products, operate powered pallet jacks, and perform physically demanding warehouse work.
Schedule
1st Shift:
6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
2nd Shift:
3:30 PM until production is complete
3rd Shift:
Approximately midnight until production is complete
Shift availability and exact ending times will be confirmed during the hiring process.
