Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to inspect and monitor fresh produce to ensure it meets company and customer quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying defects, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring only high-quality products are packaged and shipped.
Skills and Experience
Previous quality control, produce, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to identify quality issues in fruits and vegetables. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and documentation skills are a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Must be dependable and have good attendance.
