Overview
Machine Operator. Responsible for the setup, operation, and changeover of profile extrusion lines and associated equipment, including fabrication tools. Assists with employee training in these functions when required. May perform duties under a one-line, single operator/packer combination role as operational needs dictate.
Basic Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Quality Management System (QMS)
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Good motor coordination and the ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and effectively.
- Ability to understand and follow process instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Ability to identify quality issues and support corrective actions in accordance with established procedures.
