Sealed Air Packer (Mailer Line Packer / Inspector-Packer)Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts available Core Responsibilities:• Folding cartons and preparing packaging materials.• Inspecting and manually packing products (mailers, protective bags) into boxes.• Palletizing finished goods safely and efficiently.• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. What We’re Looking For:• Dependable teammates who are eager to work overtime.• Strong attention to detail for product inspection.• Ability to stand, lift, and work efficiently in a warehouse environment.
Skills and Experience
Real-Time Quality Inspection: Strong attention to detail to instantly spot printing flaws, cutting variations, misalignments, or packaging defects before boxing.
Speed and Dexterity: Exceptional hand-eye coordination to match the fast "cadence" of production machinery without dropping or damaging materials.
Basic Shop Arithmetic: Good counting skills to maintain accurate unit-counts per box or case.
Equipment Operation: Ability to operate warehouse and finishing equipment safely, such as automated tape machines, case labelers, or ream cutters
