What You’ll Do as a Range Machine Operator:
- Set up, operate, and monitor range machinery used to produce and finish narrow fabrics.
- Load materials and thread fabric through the machine according to production specifications.
- Adjust machine speed, tension, temperature, and other settings.
- Inspect finished materials for defects, incorrect measurements, and color inconsistencies.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
- Record production totals, material usage, and quality results.

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous machine-operating or textile-manufacturing experience is a Plus
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
