What You'll Do as a Warehouse Customer Service Representative / Clamp Forklift Operator:
- Call customers to confirm appliance delivery dates and time windows and follow up after deliveries.
- Check in delivery drivers, provide support, and ensure they have the correct appliances and route information.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and delivery issues professionally.
- Verify appliance model and serial numbers and ensure accurate route loading.
- Receive, verify, and process returned appliances and inventory.
- Use Microsoft Excel, routing software, RF scanners, and tracking systems to maintain accurate information.
- Operate a clamp forklift as needed to move and load appliances.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Customer service, logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or delivery experience
- Warehouse clamp forklift experience is a bonus
- Comfortable with Excel, computers, RF scanners, and digital systems
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and comfortable with an early morning schedule
- Able to stay professional under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
