What You'll Do
Receiving & Inventory
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Verify products against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Process inbound inventory and place materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Generate shipping labels and process orders through carrier systems.
- Verify outbound shipments before release to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Stage customer pickups and freight shipments in an organized manner.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Support overall warehouse efficiency by working as part of a collaborative team.
Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing lists, and purchase orders.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
- Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or barcode scanners.
- Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
