We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Alabaster, AL. This position involves operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Load and unload materials from machines.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues to a supervisor.
- Maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced production environment.
- Lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
Skills and Experience
Work Environment:
- Hot work environment: Employees will be working around machinery and manufacturing processes that can create significant heat.
- Must be comfortable working in a hot environment for extended periods.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Proper safety equipment and procedures must be followed at all times.
