CNC Machine Operator

Required Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Minimum 3 years of CNC machine operating experience.
 Strong hands-on experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment.
 Strong hands-on experience operating CNC press brake/bending equipment.
 Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing
environment.
 Ability to set up machines and perform tooling changes.
 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
 Ability to use and accurately read a tape measure, caliper, and other measuring
equipment.
 Good mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
 Good basic math skills.
 Ability to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
 Ability to work independently and manage assigned work with limited
supervision.
 Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a production team.
 Reliable and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
 Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience.
 Experience operating multiple types of sheet metal fabrication equipment.

 Experience with CNC machine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
 CDL or previous commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.

Experience Requirement
Candidates must have relevant experience with CNC laser cutting and CNC press
brake/bending equipment.
Experience limited primarily to plasma cutting, CNC milling, or other unrelated CNC
equipment does not meet the experience requirement for this position.
