Overview
We are currently hiring Reach Truck Operators for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Sandston, VA. This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
The Reach Truck Operator will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving products throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who takes direction well, communicates effectively, works well with others, and has a strong can-do attitude.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM until finish
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Move products to and from designated warehouse locations
- Accurately stage and organize inventory
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity and operational goals
- Be willing and available to work overtime when needed.
Skills and Experience

- Previous reach truck operating experience required
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment
