Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, high-output Reach Truck Driver to join our fast-paced logistics and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, racking, staging, and retrieving palletized inventory from heights up to 30+ feet.
The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting daily production metrics (picks/hour, put-aways/hour) while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety, equipment care, and OSHA compliance.
Skills and Experience
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of continuous experience operating stand-up reach trucks in a high-volume distribution or logistics center.
Equipment Proficiency: Direct, hands-on experience operating Crown and Yale stand-up reach trucks is required.
Certifications: Ability to recertify on-site upon hire.
Tech Literacy: Experience using handheld RF scanners and navigating a standard Warehouse Management System (WMS, e.g., SAP, Manhattan, HighJump).
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for long periods, work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet, lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and operate in temperature-controlled environments (if applicable).
