Overview
The QA Technician is responsible for inspecting products and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and costumer requirements. This position performs quality inspections, document results, identifies defects or inconsistencies, and works with production teams to resolve quality issues. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation. Assist with investigating the root cause of quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Communicate quality concerns to supervisors, production personnel, and management.
