Overview
We are seeking experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This position is responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach truck to move, store, pick, and organize products throughout the facility. Operators will assist with inbound and outbound freight, retrieve and put away products in designated storage locations, and prepare materials for shipment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
- Safely operate a stand-up reach truck in a warehouse environment
- Load, unload, move, and store products and materials
- Put away inbound product in designated warehouse locations
- Retrieve products from storage locations to fulfill orders
- Pick and prepare products for shipment
- Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse
- Verify product, quantities, and locations for accuracy
- Follow established productivity and quality standards
- Perform required equipment and safety checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 6 months of recent Stand-Up Reach Truck experience
- Experience operating Crown and/or Yale equipment both preferred
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
