Overview
Construction Assemblers may be responsible for: Assembling and installing racking components, Performing driveline assembly work, Working with aluminum bolts and other components, Hauling and staging materials in the field, Pre-Assembling components for installation, Setting and positioning components for crews, Completing assigned sections and daily production goals, Following instructions from leads and site supervisors, Maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Skills and Experience
- Comfortable performing physical and manual labor
- Able to work on their feet and remain active throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled
- Goal-driven and able to maintain a steady work pace
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew
- Safety-minded and willing to follow all site requirements
