Production Control Manager

1. Responsible for developing/implementing the master schedule from customer requests.
2. Resolve unique circumstances and special requests. 
3. Monitor and report daily production results versus schedule. 
4. Identifies raw material and component requirements for production from engineering and production specifications and schedules. 
5. Develop and control the material handling function to assure effective flow of material within the plant. 
6. Confirms material supply and demand. 
7. Analyze and control the level of inventory of finished goods and work in process. Plan layouts to achieve maximum material movement efficiency. 
8. Minimize scrap and slow-moving parts. 
9. Resolve problems concerning shipments, shortages, engineering changes, and cancellation of orders. 
10. Responsible for planning physical inventory to achieve maximum efficiency.
 11. Ability to develop and implement positive employee relations. 
12. Oversee manpower planning. 
13. Must be able to provide leadership to team members in order to accomplish tasks at hand 
14. Must be able to develop team members 
15. Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
 16. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. 
17. Ability to travel as necessary.
 18. Maintain Production Control department policy's (FIFO, Kanban, 5S, KPІ)
