Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule
Monday - Thursday
4:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Training Only and then move to night shift
Temporary assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Position Summary
Ōnin Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician for a manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality and safety.
Skills and Experience
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift and safely move materials throughout the facility
- Equipment setup and operation
- Blending, mixing, and packing materials
- Receiving and putting away product
- Wrapping finished product
- Using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Monitoring product quality and production rates
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Maintaining accurate records
- Material handling and heavy lifting
- Following work instructions and safety procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required
✔ Minimum 6 months of forklift/MHE experience required
✔ Experience with equipment setup and operation (blending, mixing, packing) preferred
✔ Ability to learn and use RF scanners and inventory software
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality
✔ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Ability to work independently and follow instructions
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to lift and perform manual material handling duties
