This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, staging, shipping, and production support. What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate / Staging Associate:
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship orders via UPS and freight carriers
- Operate a stand-up forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Make local deliveries using company vehicles when needed
- Stage materials and components for upcoming production projects
- Receive, inspect, and track incoming shipments and inventory
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Support production activities, including assembly and co-packing projects
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
- Prepare orders, pull materials, and support shipping operations
- Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Stand-up forklift experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
