Overview
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support our production and shipping operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining finished goods inventory and supporting overall workflow efficiency.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Pick and package a variety of materials using standard packing
- procedures
- Place, arrange, mark, seal, and tag items on pallets, containers, and storage areas
- Consolidate items for shipment following standard operating instructions
- Assemble finished products into boxes or containers
- Count, sort, and label product items
- Ensure accurate shipping information is attached to all outgoing orders
- Maintain clean, organized work areas, equipment, and tools
- Meet production quantity and quality requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
⭐ What You Need
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of warehouse picking procedures and equipment (preferred)
- Strong IT and advanced Excel skills
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to measure, count, weigh, and follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and committed to quality and safety
⭐ Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, reach, lift, squat, kneel, and bend
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and near visual acuity
- Ability to work around and operate production equipment
- Ability to navigate all departments within the facility
- Ability to function professionally under stressful circumstances
