Overview
The Warehouse Operator I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including incoming material verification, inventory handling, order fulfillment support, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team setting, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process incoming materials accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Assist with order fulfillment activities and help resolve fulfillment-related issues.
- Support inventory accuracy through proper counting, documentation, and material handling practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and productivity expectations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, when authorized.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills and Experience
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
- Experience using warehouse management systems such as SAP, QWMS, or LFS.
- Basic knowledge of electronics.

- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Work safely around warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environmental conditions.
