Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. Associates will perform a variety of production and packaging duties in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may include inspecting eggs for quality, packing products, and assisting with general production operations.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime as needed
Skills and Experience
- Stand at the inspection belt near the egg peeler and inspect eggs for quality.
- Identify and remove unpeeled eggs, damaged eggs, and other product defects.
- Manually pack eggs into tubs, bags, and other packaging containers.
- Maintain production standards and quality requirements.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
