What You’ll Do as a Textile Production Worker:
- Operate and monitor embroidery, screen printing, boarding, and other production equipment according to established procedures.
- Prepare materials and products for embroidery, printing, finishing, and packaging processes.
- Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.
- Perform boarding, folding, sorting, labeling, and packaging or finished products.
- Follow work orders, production schedules, and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate production counts and documentation as required.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting when trained.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Support other departments and production functions as needed to meet customer demands.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing, textile, embroidery, screen printing, packaging, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
